Yes, couples can do DoorDash together. DoorDash has even stated it isn’t a problem. It makes deliveries easier on the drivers as well, as they can alternate who drives and drops off the orders.
Since Dashers are independent contractors, you can complete the jobs as you like, alone or with your partner.
DoorDash just cares about meeting (and exceeding) the expectations of their customers and if having two dashers completing a job does that, they’re all for it.

DoorDash does not currently have a passenger policy in place. They do not have any limits or restrictions on their Dashers with regards to who can and can’t ride in the car with them.
This is unlike companies such as Uber and Lyft who do not allow anyone to ride in the car with you while working.
This makes sense as it can be confusing for someone to order an Uber and have the persons toddler in the backseat.
However, with food delivery apps like DoorDash, these rules are more relaxed.
