Can You Return Diapers To Sam’s Club Without A Receipt?
Sam’s Club state that they cannot offer an exchange without a membership number or receipt. Importantly, exchanges and/or returns must be initiated by the member that made the purchase.
This means that if someone else bought the nappies for you, they’re the ones who must return them, along with proof of purchase and membership details. If the diapers were bought online, the receipt is not an issue. This is because an employee can look up your receipt for any item within 2 years of the original purchase date.
