Does Menchie’s Deliver?
Menchie’s have partnered up with food delivery service drivers so you can now order your Menchie’s products online and have them delivered straight to your door.
Menchie’s have linked up with DoorDash, Grubhub, Postmates, and Uber Eats, and they’ll deliver to homes and offices.
They advise that you first contact the store you are ordering from to make sure they can actually get your items to you.
What Can I Have Delivered From Menchie’s?
Menchie’s will deliver anything you order, even if it’s only one frozen yogurt cup. They also do large group orders, orders for parties, and frozen yogurt cakes.
You just need to make sure the delivery service can get to you. For example, if you are using DoorDash, delivery will depend on where you live – and how far from Menchie’s you are.
To be safe, write your delivery address in the search bar on the DoorDash website and check to see which outlets will deliver to you.
If you’re concerned about your Menchie’s frozen yogurts melting on the way, rest assured that your items will be packed so that they survive the trip. And Grubhub claim that they have enough delivery drivers to ensure your items won’t be kept waiting anywhere, and neither will you.
Does Menchie’s Have An App?
Menchie’s have an app available in the Apple store or from Google play and which offers registered members certain rewards.
Through the app you can open a mySmileage account where you can:
- Earn 1 “Smile” for every $1.00 spent
- Collect 50 Smiles to receive $5.00 in “Menchie’s Money”
- Receive a $5.00 credit on your birthday
- Manage your mySmileage points and Menchie’s money
- Receive special offers and discounts
Using the app, you can also select order Menchie’s frozen yogurt products and pay using your Menchie’s Payment account.
The app features a handy “find a store” to locate your nearest Menchie’s outlet, so you can view store hours and contact them if necessary. It’s important to make sure there’s a linked outlet from which you can pick up your order.
Menchie’s sell e-gift cards, and you can purchase these through the app and sent to friends and family. You can’t currently use the gift cards to pay for online cake orders, and they have to be used in the country in which they were purchased.
You can also submit feedback on your purchasing experience through the app and earn “Smiles” by completing surveys.
Menchie’s accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for all online orders through the app.
How Do You Order Menchie’s Online For Delivery?
Selecting and ordering Menchie’s products online for delivery is simple and fast. Simply head over to their website and click on “delivery”. First you’ll see the “recommended for you” bar, and then you can move between menus.
- Froyo cakes – here you can design and order your frozen yogurt cake online and either pick up instore or have it delivered to your door. The Froyo cakes must be ordered 48 hours in advance.
- Flavours – here you’ll find a seemingly endless list of yogurt flavour choices. Menchie’s state that they have something for everyone – including nonfat, gluten free, no sugar added, and dairy free options. All Menchie’s frozen yogurt servings are 4 fluid ounces.
Menchie’s also have plant based (or vegan) flavourings, and all of these are available for delivery:
- Dark chocolate mousse (made with almond milk)
- Cookie sandwich (made with almond butter)
- Chocolate hazelnut (made with cashew milk)
- Mint chocolate chip (made with almond butter)
- Mixed berry (made with oat milk)
The “no sugar added” options include:

The low carb options include:

Once you’ve made your selection, choose your favourite delivery app, enter your address, pay, and wait for your order.
If you’ve made your order through the Menchie’s app, you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately. Here, you’ll find your pickup information. If you need to change anything, you can call the store directly to make the changes.
They do state that an order cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of pickup.
What Is MySmileage?
MySmileage is Menchie’s rewards programme where you can earn one smile for every dollar you spend. You can also earn Smiles by submitting feedback. When you get to 50 smiles, you’ll receive $5 in “Menchie’s Money” for a future purchase.
When you join up, you’ll receive 25 Smiles, another 10 Smiles when you visit (within 10 days of registering) and a free $5 froyo on your birthday (a froyo is a frozen yogurt dessert).
